Third time's a charm

First, there was the beautiful doublewide that the park it was in wouldn't take dogs.

So, round three, or third times a charm....

There are some problems with this house.
1. There is no driveway, and making a driveway will be a pain due to the hill
2. The foundation could be bad.

However, the house seems to be in fantastic shape. When I say fantastic, I mean fantastic. It came on the market tuesday, and we made an offer wednesday, becuase it's a steal. More pics:
