Home, Home on the flood plain

Well, this sucks. The appraiser poo pooed our home acquisition. I guess it not only in the flood plain, but the area isn’t zoned for single family dwellings anymore. So if the house took significant damage, we wouldn’t be able to rebuild, but be stuck with the land(translation: screwed). So the home search begins anew, and for the second time, the real estate market has kicked our butts.

Report Card

Not really too much to report at this point other than I got my first report card.



Yup, A-. Not too shabby.
I just started my second class, and it looks like more of the same, which kinda is a bummer. But I guess you must learn to walk before blah blah blah.

The only other intresting thing is that we got the home inspection completed, and good news is that the house probably wont burn down. Probably.
